Our Story
Locked‑down in 2020, founder Parnika Bhardwaj started the Mindstance podcast to explore art, life, and lived mental-health experience. The community's response was electric.
By 2023, Mindstance had evolved into a movement using art as a first-aid for emotion—nurturing self‑kindness in workplaces and schools across India.
